Ordering FAQ

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS mail and UPS ground service. JESSALIN BEUTLER ships worldwide however international customers are responsible for paying custom and duty fees associated with their order. Shipping fees are estimated at the time you check out. In some cases, our system may over or under estimate your shipping costs. Please email orders@jessalinbeutler.com if you feel there has been an error.

CARE/SHRINKAGE

Our textiles have been specifically chosen for their strength and longevity, many will improve their texture after multiple washings. We recommend a cold wash and line dry for all of our items to prevent premature fading and shrinkage. In most cases, drying on a low setting is fine, especially if you are ok with your piece shrinking.

RETURNS

As independent designer/ manufacturers we greatly appreciate your support! If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept returns within 15 business days of the receipt of your order. Returns must arrive to us in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, free of odors or pet hair/dander. We reserve the right to decline a return if we feel these conditions have not been met. Please email us at orders@jessalinbeutler.com to initiate the return process.
